Material Name

PET

PET is a polyester-based thermoplastic polymer that can be used for a variety of applications. It's a tough technical plastic with great clarity, bearing and wear qualities, and chemical resistance. PET is essentially odorless and thermoforms quickly and easily at low formation temperatures. Shatter resistance, low moisture resistance, stain resistance, and minimal thermal expansion are all features of PET. Food processing equipment components, filler pistons, graphic arts, clear novelty objects, and wear pads are common uses.
